It's Good Friday today.
How is this year flying by so quickly?
I'm planning an Easter Egg Hunt for the girls and brunch for us, my parents & a couple of friends on Easter Sunday. I only have a few itty bitty Easter decorations around the house. So, I went to my handy dandy Easter board on Pinterest and picked out some cute and easy DIY projects to do over the next couple of days.
Here is a cute centerpiece. I found a pack of glittered eggs at the Dollar Store. I just have to have the girls find some twiggs for me in the back yard later.

Here's another simple project that I can involve Zoe & Mia in. Maybe I'll use scrap pieces of scrapbook paper.

This may be a neat treat for the ladies. I will need to make three of them. Should I paint them or dye them?

| How to put a secret message in an egg I could not find the original posting, but B For Bel has it link to a blog in the above link. |
Here is another centerpiece. The girls and I are dyeing Easter eggs today. I'll use them for this. I would probably use a small bouquet of white flowers.

Cat, over at Food Family Finds has these pictures separate, but I had to create a mini collage so you could see them all together and get the full idea of how cool this project is. I can only imagine how excited the girls would be to eat these up!

I love all these ideas. I wish I would have noticed them before Easter.
ReplyDeleteThanks Geri! I wasn't able to do them all, but I did the flowers and the twig & eggs arrangement. Next year I will have to plan a little better. Hope you had a wonderful Easter!
